The number one reason people give for delaying family formation in the US is financial insecurity. Given this, it would make sense for the government to target that issue to solve the problem of declining birth rates rather than simply accept it.

But in the west this problem is taken for granted and instead immigration is touted as the solution. There is no inherent reason for it to be like this. Our economy is just as planned as the Israeli economy. It's just not planned to benefit the majority population.

"Affordable housing" in the US has become synonymous with blacks and now all non-White immigrants. Clearly the people that the government targets as recipients of affordable housing are the people that the government wants to be reproducing.
