It looks like a dick, and it has a 'proboscis' that pops out from inside like a knob. Would make a great insult, i.e. Elizabeth Warren is a penis worm.

Look at how similar the molecular structure of Human blood is to that of of leeches. I know there are certain people who are human leeches, so that means their blood should be really green.
