For ten years, my business shipped the vast majority of it's packages (about 99%) via UPS. That included daily shipments in and out, for all around the world. In all of that time they did not fuck up one single time. 100% perfect track record. That's kind of amazing when you think about it. No missing packages, no damaged shipments, no incorrect billing. No problems at all.
