Wow. I hard some yap that their union was upset over something the required some massive union response about how they were all "struggling already" or something.
I thought it must be about hours our insurance or something. Unions can def be get, but corporatism can also be vile and greedy. So I didn't pay it much mind.
But good grief if you're a having a meltdown because your job expects you to sort of almost wear some kind of vaguely standardized attire to work I can't take you seriously.

It is completely absurd. I was surprised to learn they didn't have a dress code in place like this already.
As was I. I was like, "Pretty sure every job I had in high school at least mad me wear a stashed color shirt and pants. How is this not already a thing?"
Yeah, unless my barrista is wearing a rainbow clown suit under their green apron, I won't be able to get an overpriced coffee - said no one ever.
