I get this kind of shit too.
The problem, He will find someone to take the job.
How is that the problem? Well it keeps corps hiring people for 3 weeks...
Well, if I lived in South Topeka, KS and was unemployed or retired or between jobs, whatever, sure. I can see that. The idiot can clearly see where I live because of the profile he pulled, and can clearly see that I'm currently employed.
I've contacted some of these companies before, the ones they are recruiting for. I'll either get no response, or a "We don't know who that is and there is no such job."
One place asked me for all the emails and told me "We don't appreciate that, and we'll see that it stops."
That's crazy I never would have thought that people would masquerade as businesses trying to hire employees. What's the angle?
subletting jobs by the sounds of it
The Indian recruiting houses are trying to make money by combing job boards and employers, and acting as if they are the submission point for said job. These leads will go into a system like Ceipal or Oorwin, and you'll get a number of recruiters from one company calling you. They don't talk to each other, and (probably) aren't even in the same place.
The recruiters in question may not have the contract for said job, or they could be contracted by another company like Randstad, Manpower, Robert Half, etc. to find people. They also collect resumes and contacts, and some of these "jobs" are simply ones they've found and are using as a bait to get people to submit resumes. That's the primary goal, collect names and addresses and phone numbers of you and potential employers to market to them. It's so cheap to hire an Indian and call the USA over VOIP lines that you can have a company with dozens of people and 1-2 jobs they're working.
There's an L3-Harris location near Cleveland, OH that was trying to hire skilled people at dime-store wages last year. I had an Indian that I had to explain that yes, even though I was in Ohio, the wage was shit for the area and it was not a doable drive. He then proceeded to cry to me (in a very genuine manner) that he had to get 16 submissions THAT DAY for this job. I told the guy good luck, no one is going to move for this job and the pay is too low to live there. That's the kind of people you're dealing with.
Here's a section of recent contacts. Some of the idiots will just send the same thing over and over, because they get rated on how may calls and emails they perform. https://pic8.co/sh/qRhU1q.png
