Why do they call the boy toy a "consort" instead of husband?
When a king marries his wife becomes queen. But because a king is always more powerful than a queen, when a woman sits on the throne and marries her husband cannot be described as her king, so is instead referred to as her Prince consort. And if a king’s wife died reports would say his queen died, so when a queen’s husband dies they say her consort died. It’s just giving him his proper title really, which for some reason is extraordinarily important to masses of penniless Brits on whom the titled wouldn’t even piss were they on fire.
He's got the proper royal title now: Dead
I was kinda wondering that too
