Yes, though, Truecrypt also had some publicly disclosed major vulns that they basically just decided to not fix. It was probably a DARPA project the entire time with plenty of backdoors.

(((If))) you believe that. I seem to recall that it was challenged that it wasn’t the case then they just folded up. So who knows. I took that to be “close your shit and everyone goes home” keep at this and people you know start dieing in car crashes.

The rumors I heard said that one of the original dev's was found dead in suspicious circumstances and a few months later they basically just decided to shut down. Most of the OG dev's were fully annon and not known publicly. I have a feeling there is a reason they decided to shut down.
