My IT department "graciously" installed Copilot on all of our devices. What a piece of shit. I tested it with some technical questions that I knew the answers to. It got them ALL wrong.

Because Microsoft products are generally garbage. I only use them on my work laptop because I have no other choice, I can't even download printer drivers without an admin logging in remotely.

Yeah, I use what I am forced to for work. When given a choice of apple over microsoft I always go with apple. I would rather just have a *nix laptop or something to work with. They don't want to learn how to manage them though. If they can find a "security tool" to make them feel better they would never have to manage it. Just let me manage it and all is well.

Unfortunately they cater to the least common denominator. I'm convinced our "admin" is no more than a Google admin. Trying to convince her that the reason i couldn't print was just a lack of printer drivers was a 6 hour ordeal of Microsoft updates and other drivel. Finally got the dumb bitch to download the drivers and it finally worked.

FFS. It's normal for SA's to google shit. I have written documentation that was adopted as official documentation for multiple OSS projects as well as had some of my documentation on my own website(s) be the top result's on google for years (long before the current AI and crap algo shit).

Being unwilling to listen to others thoughts or having effective skills to "search" makes you suck at what you do. I bet my wife would be a better admin than that woman. Hell, she only asks me to help her with stuff now after she has done all of the basics I have shown her over the years.

I can safely say after installing, then imaging 7 machines with windows 11, the dislocation of fuinshit you need to attach to domains is idiotic. Yeah yeah script it. For 7 boxes, pass. But serious, it’s like they just keep spraying everything on top of everything. Laura of shit shit shit. All when the win7 fyi worked fine.

10 of the 7 machines coils just be Linux and work fine’s
