I disabled and deleted all MS Office, one drive and cloud services on my copy of win 11 pro. I do use notepad but all else is Libre office.

Gpedit and a careful sweep of the registry hobbles ms bullshit.

I have been suggested this tool https://winaerotweaker.com/ Basically, it should let you tweak anything in windows and disable/remove/etc it. You can break your system using it though so you kind of have to know what you are doing.
