It sounds like the best corporate (private) owned spying tool that the NSA/DHS/FBI/etc... could ever wish for. All it will take is a pricy black-budget subscription and now they have access to anything you have ever done on your shitty windows computer.

Pretty much. Most people don't know this but every photo you have on your computer is scanned then a checksum is generated and that is all sent back to MS as well as a thumbnail of the image to check the CSAM database for a match.
Unfortunately... Collisions are possible and you could have your house raided because you just happen to have a innocent photo that has the same checksum as one in the CSAM db.
Yes, Every picture you have on your windows computer has thumbnail of it in some database somewhere that MS owns.
yeah nothing this shitty gets coded unintentionally, this is the goal.
