According to OP, linux or windows won't save you because TPM is at a layer below the OS. And no matter, per @robertjharsh, what you do then you'll never be safe from.
I'd like to see evidence of that assertion.
There's a difference between watermarks, which can be bypassed easily, and assertions of tracking at a hardware layer.
