The Dr DOS they referred to I have used in the past for playing DOS games on XP. Now I had to update my Dell bios files in Linux and for that Dell gives download links and one that was cool was the link to FD12 or Free DOS which is one very easy to use program for updating your bios on a usb stick. I have done it 3 times since 2016 and now I don't even look at the instuctions at all anymore since it's so much common sense the steps to complete the bios update.
