Fixing to run away from my problems for a week or two, enjoy prestigious nature the likes of which I have yet to see, and hopefully meet some stand-up people. Would like to make the trip in July, though it would more likely be August or early September. I would likely spend most of my time in Marquette. Is the UP still a White paradise?

So you're a "tourist" then. That's what they call everyone who isn't a troll.

I've been in Michigan my whole life. I live near the center of the mitten. We have some nice places in the LP, but none of it compares to the UP.
