Eh. I got a few tiny ones when I was 14. I lived in a very urban liberal area and everyone would do it illegally when we were young to look cool.

It's generally for people who never grow out of that mindset and need to do flashy things to feel "unique". Same reason my retarded sister got a butt lift at 21. Some people literally can't grow up because their brains are mush.

Get your outfit from a thrift store and pay cash. Buy it well in advance... long enough for video storage of your purchase to no longer exist. Wear different style of shoes on each foot, or buy inserts and only place them in one shoe. If you're more disciplined, you can simply walk with a fake limp, until you can change clothes away from prying cameras.

Of course they won't show them, so people can't judge for themselves. Same when someone is accused of having said something racist on social media; they never quote what the person said, you have to believe that this person is racist because the "journalist" said so.
