Her mother arranged for her trip with other people to the illegally enter the United States to work illegally. The family claims the county sold off the body while giving them the runaround. Now what LIKELY happened was clearly the mother was too poor to afford transporting a body back and she probably was duped into agreeing to donation without realizing it due to the language barrier. Shady as shit, yes. But the states "donate" off dead bodies that are unclaimed all the time. It's not a new thing.
