Sounds creepy as hell. That HPV shit is a scam. If you sleep around or do porn for a living, yeah get tested but otherwise- no chance. I know HPV infection can cause problems especially for pregnant women but that merely means don't sleep around.

Sentinel exams or tests are important if you have a family history of something significant but other than that, only if you really need it.
