This is crazy important and something EVERYONE should know. I have extensive experience with candida.

Years ago I was poorly diagnosed when I had strep throat. The end result was I was on very powerful antibiotics for a long time. At the time my diet wasn’t super great (lots of stress and I was eating more sugary stuff than I should have been) and I wound up in a terrible way.

For several years I lived with occasional pain in my mouth, itchy feet, terrible indigestion (to the point of waking up vomiting in the middle of the night), as well as fatigue and always being somehow sick.

Finally a friend listened to what was going on and suggested I had a yeast problem. Went to one of those health food places and they suggested a candida cleanse thing. I was very skeptical, especially since my doctor hadn’t found anything wrong with me, but wow did it work. In two weeks I was a new man.

But then things got worse as I found out I’m borderline diabetic. And now we come to find out candida can play a role in that too.

This candida shit is bad news. Watch your sugar intake even more than you think you should. And be very careful when using antibiotics. Eat good yogurt or other probiotic stuff. And get exercise.

Makes me wonder about early onset dementia and Batten's disease in kids. Fungal infections are a bitch to clear.
