Man... that thumbnail didn't look too appetizing, but thanks for the post. I'd like to try some Russian kielbasa too. Bet that shit's good with some Chinese mustard.

Yeah they could have done a bit better with the thumbnail. I chose this page for the recipe, which looks simple and yummy. As mentioned, my sausage had more paprika so it was a cheery reddish color.

I think they mentioned on the page that Hungarian has less garlic than Polish. I'd say I tasted more peppery flavor than garlic, but it's a nice blend.
