Right, I still eat relatively healthy, but sometimes I eat rice or potatoes.

That’s ok. Fasting is the most important part. 16 hours between meals works best. I’m a creature of habit and need three meals. I eat between 9 am and 5pm 3 times good enough and sleep soundly. I get most of my fast while asleep. My only weakness is black coffee. But it gets me through hungry mornings.
