Greens/Salads do not hurt the carnivore diet. Eat them, it’s natural. Sugar is the only thing that is bad for you. Study where dietary sugar comes from and avoid it.

Not just sugar but all carbs. Carbs in all forms metabolize into sugar.

3 years no carbs. Boiled eggs get me through the hard times when meat is too expensive and not available. pork is my favorite

I had to move away from carnivore diet when covid hit. Carnivore diet was getting to be too expensive.

Every plant matter is sugar. Leaf. Fruit. Bark. Roots. All sugar.

Just some we can't digest.

And we don't need indigestible "food".

My natural diet is only suppliments by.

Certain nuts. Olive oil. Avacado. Oninion. Mushrooms (not a plant)

I know but compromises have to be made thanks to fuck joe biden. Green leafy vegetables will not hurt your carnivore diet. Fish, chicken, meat are your focus. Anything else is a fast. A chicken coop will a guarantee at least one egg a day. Add salt.

(Vegetarians ask me all the time, you love meat so much would you attack a deer? Hell, yeah! After eating it I would wear it’s skin!)
