I think that attack warning page with the world map must be some kind of joke. It appears randomly when my browser is laggy while fetching data from voat.

The page will appear then disappear at random. I do NOT believe the site is being attacked during those moments. Rather, that page is what you see when the site is being generally buggy?

Sometimes, when i try to view that website from my phone late at night, in my bedroom, with all the lights turned off, my screen glows so brightly that I am temporarily blinded by it.
