Free speech? No web forum has it regardless of what they say.
And no place will really say that posters have free speech; the fact that they create rules indicates this.
But its not like a sidewalk or cement pad that one owns that the owner allows people to gather and exercise their free speech. When you proclaim that you are a free speech place then legal liabilities attach. With a small concrete pad in the middle of a field the liability is almost zero. On the web it almost limitless.
A true free speech place has no rules because the owner of the place is not the authority to decide what free speech is or isn't and this is for a judge or jury to decide on a case by case basis.
