He can't legally discuss it , but he kind of confirmed that the people who did some digging were correct about PIA being the angel and KAPE technologies buying them put resulted in voat losing funding in March (as all PIA projects were due after the acquisition).
He was asked about Edon.garden and still kinda tapdanced around it but insinuated thats what the old source code was renamed to as it was no longer open source.
Now, where doubts can come into play is whether Justin actually funded voat himself after March or not, or whether outside people were allowed the "keys to the kingdom" post-angel. Those two things we're just going to have to either take him at his word or believe that he was corrupted.
He seemed pretty genuine these past few days so I'm inclined to believe justin has been open and honest. Opinions may vary.

Best theory I've seen is the fact that Q suggested setting up info subverse on voat. They probably wanted to nuke the site before info drops and people start really trying to associate q with the awesomeness/craziness of voat
