You can bypass this problem with a combination of and one of Tor, VPN or proxies (you're using at least one of these anyway, right?). You have to be able to route all traffic through it though, not just the browser.
Megatools is a command line utility for mega. It can do a bunch of things, but to download it's simply megadl 'https://mega.nz/...'.
If you're on Linux, your package manager probably has a megatools package you can easily install.
If you run out of quota, just change your IP using your preferred method. megadl will resume where it left off if you run it again against the same url and in the same folder you were in before.
