But I came here because I thought it was worth notifying of the coincidental downtime with the failed migration.
Normally I don't come to Poal. But given the downtime on Voat it is a good alternative.

Well you are more than welcome to come here when voat is down. The original idea I had for this place was to be a voat backup. Kind of became its own thing but voaters are welcome.
It's a bit sad that some goats see poal as a menace, or at least the LARP about it.
I share your opinion, voat is up then down so often it is nice to have a stable place to come and browse, and occasionally comment without the risk of being banned for anything i could say.
