It's ok. Actually making this made me realize how hard it is to archive Voat. In this case I ended up editing the html and then printing it to a pdf and then uploading it to pic8.

Pic8 webshot is down momentarily, but even when up I'm not sure if it can archive Voat. Maybe it can. ?

Archive.today is your best bet for web archiving. Pic8's webshot can archive poal, it archives /top/how automatically each day (when it's fully functional)

Perhaps. If you wanted to. Though not always, as they sometimes lock new account creation. I wasn't aware that new account creation had been re-enabled actually, but I'm a bit out of the loop on Voat.
