I'm 90% sure the announcement about that particular down time came almost 2 weeks after it happened from puttitout and I launched poal.co with no DNS 2 days after it came back if memory serves. I got dns working the day after I launched it with an IP then I got SSL 2 days after that. I think branding came on the 5th day.
