The budget doesn’t really matter. It’s fake and gay. To fix it, you’d have to rid all gov entitlements which no party has the balls to do period. Elon isn’t that smart. I don’t know where that shit even came from. I’d say high average. He didn’t start from nothing and build. He’s part of the club and has opportunities nobody else had and he stands on others shoulders.
