This is what happens when boys are exposed to porn or pedophiles, they develop an unhealthy attitude towards sex and become deviants. There is a reason we find him watching his sister sick, it is sick, and our gut instinct is that this is very wrong. There is an evolutionary reason normal people find this behavior abhorrent.
