They already have this in place. I needed a document from a job I had five years ago and I had to go through a verification. One of the questions was specifically about a sibling who bought a house 2 years ago. I had already not been working for the company for 3 years before my bro bought the house. The security question was, "In which city did "brothers name" purchase a home in 2020". Everyone on the site is on a list.
