Thanks. 7th day today. I have nicotine patches on though to ease the abstinence, those definitely help but the abstinence that gets though caused this week to suck nontheless.

actually not smoking. "snus" as we call it in Sweden, dumb tobacco pouches we put under the lip. very common in Sweden. too common tbh. even women have started to use it the last ~5 years :/
