I mentioned this in another comment. I think in Elon's first couple of months he has cleaned out 80% of the riffraff. If the 80-20 rule holds true, and it usually does, the first 20% of his cleaning effort has removed 80% of the riffraff, so he needs to expend 80% of his effort to remove the final 20%. Twitter might be clean in another +/-6 months. Those most deeply entrenched are of course the hardest to remove.
