Don't argue for jews through kike pedantics. The lockdowns happened. Curfews were forced, mothers were arrested for going to the park with their children etc.
And the Hippa law was ignored
I don't think the HIPPA law works like you think it does. HIPPA prevents the (((medical system))) from disclosing personal healthcare information without the consent of an individual. HIPPA does not prevent or outlaw anyone else from asking an individual any sort of health related question. It has always been your right to decline providing that information.
However, I don't agree that a business or employer has the right to ask an individual that question. Laws need to be passed stating as such though. As far as I know there is not a state that protects an individual from having to disclose that information to an employer or a business, etc that requests it and stipulates employment or the providing of services be dependent on that information.
Thanks for clearing that up. My problem was wal-mart employees questioning me about my docs advice on not wearing a mask before allowing entry to the store. Demanding to know what reason for the doctors advisement. I have a problem with that, just didnt/doesnt sit well with me.
Hippocratic Oath
There is no female river horse that has anything to do with the medical industry.
It was just a suggestion, goy! Please understand goy, it would have been another shoah!
I was threatened with arrest for working out in a public park , they shut the gyms down. I was doing chin ups and dips. They had yellow tape around the equipment.
I went on it anyway. I had a mask and gloves on just so maybe they wouldn't hassle me. 3 cop cars showed up 5 cops come over tell me if I didn't get off they'd arrest me. I just said , " I'm wearing gloves and a mask , I'm out doors , I'm not leaving , do what you gotta do ". They just stood there glaring at me for 15 minutes or so watching me work out , then finally left.
Mothers in parks with kids were absolutely arrested and roughed up . This shit did happen.
It’s not pedantic; it’s factual and extraordinarily relevant. If we go around spouting obviously false facts, that discredits everything.
Instead, get the facts right, which are every bit as damning. The students weren’t quarantined like the populace was in Australia or China, rather, they were locked in their homes by virtue of having everything else locked up. Don’t argue facts that can easily be disprove, disprove their argument with easily proven facts.
It is 100% not factual. There were many jurisdictions, entire countries, where you couldn't even hang out in your own lawn. So no, it's wrong. The pedantic part was about "just walk outside your front door", which as we all know wasn't an option in many locations.
Caveat - the teacher seems to be referring specifically to the US, where it wasn’t factual. Again, you could leave, but weren’t allowed to go anywhere - including public parks, stores, etc.
