It was about the high resolution footage that the FBI had the whole time because they had a plane flying over filming the whole thing at the time. They withheld the footage until it accidentally came out when it was noticed that the footage the prosecutor had was higher resolution than what the defense had.
Correct. They also refused to give the video to defense, video shown was highly edited, video kicked down to <360 pixels, and for security purposes the courtroom was cleared when that part of trial happened.
That's all I know as it was the only day I tuned in beside day of verdict.
So what is a tail number ?
All planes are required to have tail numbers.
