Everybody has killing/murder impulses. Some are in denial about it, some admit it, and some haven't reached the point where those impulses start to manifest, they're unaware
Hopefully, most people refrain from acting on those impulses, mostly because of the fear of consequences. Those who act on those impulses, are then called murderers, or killers, depends of the context.
