It's so obvious that the corruption resides in the actual judges. A courtroom can't be corrupt. When we talk about a corrupt court, we are talking about a corrupt judge. I've been around a long time, and every judge I ever encountered in court was corrupt. What is the answer to that? In the old days the people would lynch a corrupt judge if he pissed them off enough. Now, with all the soy and fluoride, people just shrug and ignore it.
