The opposite: "I only appear on panels or talks where race is never even asked or considered. I don't participate on panels that are subversively racist that try to overrepresent people of color. It gives the false impression that a person's worth is only their skin color and not their ideas. That's toxic and racist.
If it just so happens that a particular subject ends up with more non-white speakers than usual, great. But it had better not be intentional because I don't put up with that kind of racism - stop being racist. People of color are not animals you put on parade to placate your absurd ideas of inclusion. Again, stop being racist."
