Orchestrating what? Calling them out on basic shit as due diligence? Have you ever tried to buy a company before? It's surprisingly trivial to find these types of absolutely huge flaws in otherwise successful and good looking (for acquisition) companies. My wife and I, both laymen at this, did it dozens of times while looking at multi million dollar companies, and uncovered all sorts of shit including a guy claiming his multiple private residences' power as business expenses. It's not that hard.
He probably has a due diligence business lawyer doing the grunt work, but that's hardly "orchestration" and I'm sure he could have done the grunt work himself too, it's simply not that complicated.
