No one should be surprised by this. Twitter was acting just like Enron by creating their own internal bullshit metrics for measuring daily active users based on silly bullshit business rules that hid the fact that they were a CIA-controlled mouthpiece headed by Obama. It's hilarious watching Elon keep twisting the knife to force them to admit as much.
