they value the ability to lie/distort/propagandize over money. that much we know and I believe is what Musk is trying to expose to everyone if they don't take his very generous deal. side note. apparently twatter asked Goldman Sachs about the deal and apparently advised them the offer was low....except that GS has a target price of $30 in their current analysis.
