I agree, but instead of spreading Russian influence over Europe by "soft power", like "mostly" US did, he just attacked the closest people to Russians out there - Ukranians. If you have a neighbor who is saying he wants your house and your dog, so you buy a gun, then the guy just shows up while you sleep and still kills you. That's Putin. Ukraine wants to go to NATO cause Putin wants Ukraine.
Putin wants to kick Biden's kike out of the Ukraine and install a government that is friendly to Russia and won't be trying to join NATO.
In the mean time he flooded European part of Russia with Muslim migrants, is deathly afraid of Chechens, sold Siberian land to Chinese, and by invasion to Ukraine created infinite abyss between to (former) brotherly nations - Russians and Ukranians.
