I'd argue that pedophilia as a sexual preference is worse than as a legal label. If I hear that a court declares someone guilty for pedophilia I just assume it's a normal guy who got fucked over by a lying teenage whore he had no way of knowing was under age, whereas someone attracted to actual children is clearly fucked up and deserves death.
