I think that he is allowed to be on because he's popular, he pushes 500 videos a minute. Back when I was on GayTube my subscription flow was filled by his content like every day on his 10 different channels or however many he has. Maybe he is too big and too safe to fail. If they'd close him down I imagine theyd have a hard time arguing why, since Mr Beanie has played it safe.
It's funny (not really) but when Alex Jones channel was shut down, I remember luminaries saying "First they come for Alex then they come for you" and maan how correct they were.
