I think that he is allowed to be on because he's popular, he pushes 500 videos a minute. Back when I was on GayTube my subscription flow was filled by his content like every day on his 10 different channels or however many he has. Maybe he is too big and too safe to fail. If they'd close him down I imagine theyd have a hard time arguing why, since Mr Beanie has played it safe.
