I was a clerk at the polls in the jew area close to my home. So many people requested mail in ballots then came in to surrender them to vote in person. My county votes on paper that is scanned now. They almost all kvetched that they had to fill out a standard in person ballot rather than just hand over their mail in ballot. There is no voter ID in my state. I doubt that these people were who they claimed to be.
