So she's admitting the vaccinated have it? Also, why not show the full ICU instead of a narcissistic selfie?

If there are more unvaccinated because "muh Republican villain", then that alone explains the predominance of non-vaccinated patients, but then why are ANY vaccinated patients present if they're .... "vaccinated" against the Covid?
