If they tried to arrest any of the brown people committing actual crimes all the Muhammad's will get mad and start cutting off heads. These police are doing the best job they are allowed to do, intimidating and assaulting the human rights of the people with the correct skin color so that the case closure rate isn't absolutely abysmal. Back the blue guys, even if the only time they have your back is when they're shooting/arresting you.
