Yeah they dropped it, but i heard theyre back on it. Cant remember where.
Well laws don't really matter at this point anyways. I've got enough land to shoot out to 400 yards so it doesn't affect me.
But for the rest shoot outdoors on public (or private) land and if anyone asks you have a regged SBR. Only an ATF agent can request to see your tax stamp.
I thought any leo, sheriff cop gamie etc, could ask for your tax stamp. I always carry mine when im out with my suppressed guns.
It says on the form:
“This approved application is the registrant’s proof of registration and it shall be made available to any ATF officer upon request.”
Nothing about cops and certainty not overzealous range officers
