Carbs are essential to life, you will die without carbohydrates. It is the body's primary source of energy and essential in almost all metabolic processes, fibre is a carbohydrate, controls satiation, and keeps cholesterol in check.

You are probably mistaking carbs for some faggot diet or mistaking carbs for refined or processed foods like sugary soft drinks and faggot tier confectionary.

You will die without fats. You will die without protein. You will not die without carbs

You will not die without fats, they just help regulate hormones, protein is essential in building everything in the body, carbs are vital for life as they are energy.

no carbs = dead, end of story.

With zero carbs your body metastasizes itself and consumes tissue to turn into energy.

You WILL be brain dead with zero carbs. Sugar is a carb and you can eliminate complex sugars such as gluconates, fructose, etc. But zero carbs means you are a corpse, it is not worth stating this crucial point again.

You believing you can survive with zero carbs means you are grossly ignorant, profoundly stupid or already dead, as are the two people who upvoted this gross miscalculation about metabolism and being alive.

Carbohydrates are the body's main source of energy. In their absence, your body will use protein and fat for energy.

It will cannibalise itself.

There are even carbs in dairy, carbs in every form of plant matter on the planet. Everything that grows photosynthesis light energy into carbohydrates, which we then consume.

You do not need refined carbs as in rice, pasta and other processed foods. But if you have zero carbs you eventually be dead. After several months you will be severly vitamin deficient and your body is under constant stress to convert lipids and triglycerides for metabolic function.

No one has a zero carb diet, they have a reduced-carb diet like that Atkins crap.

You still have to have vegetables and fruit you fuckwit otherwise your body is continually going through ketosis. Fat is also energy which is then converted into glucose for metabolic function.

Your liver and muscles store glucose in the form of glycogen, a carbohydrate.

People who have a "zero" carb diet are actually on a restrictive carb diet.

Tell me exactly what you ate today and I guarantee you consumed carbs with absolute 100% certainty.

You're an idiot. Carbs are not essential to life. Fiber is an insoluble carb you don't digest it. Do you know anything about the metabolic processes of the body? Obviously not.

Carbs are a high calorie food that your body wants to eat as a survival mechanism. It kicks your fat storing state on, makes you lethargic and stupid and happy and hungry. It tells you to stay at the food source and eat so it can save any excess calories as fat. When you stop eating carbs your sympathetic nervous system kicks in causing fight or flight anxiety response, heart palpitations, aggressive behavior, and blurred eyesight. This is your body forcing you to find more sugar. It begins gluconeogenesis and begins converting protein into glucose during this period. Once your body realizes carbs aren't coming it begins breaking down stored fats, metabolizing them in the liver into keytones. Your body runs more efficiently on keytones. This is your food finding state. The few bodily functions that require glucose are covered by gluconeogenesis. Most bodily functions work better on keytones than on glucose. Carbs are irrelevant. They are a poison you like to feed yourself because you are too weak not to eat pizza and donuts.
