God you're a fucking idiot. Oh, well that was obvious by the Q in your name.

I lived in Texas for 10 years. We had winters there. It usually snowed at least a little every single year. I was there 20 years ago during a big ice storm where we lost power for 3 days straight. Texas doesn't really handle big winter storms very well.
